Music genre descriptor for classification based on Tonnetz trajectories
In this article, we propose a new approach for stylistic music classification, driven by chord material. we present a novel approach without vocabulary restrictions on the chord material but rather an evaluation of the total harmonic content following closely Louis Bigo’s apporach on trajectories in generic simplicial complexes.
